Healtix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the app.

6. Subscription and Payment

• Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled.
• After the trial period, the full price of the selected plan will be charged to your card.
• To cancel your subscription, contact support@healtix.app.

7. Medical Information

Information provided in the Healtix app is for informational purposes only and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals regarding any questions about your health.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by applicable law.
